This massage will relax your overall musculature. It also has the effect of stabilizing the circulation and strengthening the immune system. Feels like a balm for the soul.

Partial Massage Approx. 20 min.  17 euros
Your back musculature (neck to sacrum) will experience an intensive, soothing treatment that noticeably reduces tension.

Facial Massage  Approx. 20 min.   17 euros
This massage will provide deep relaxation to the various layers of your skin and muscles, as well as improving the lymph flow.

Foot Reflexology Massage 30 min.  25 euros
A short holiday for the body and soul   45 min.   36 euros
We reflexively connect with the entire body and even the inner organs through your feet. This massage detoxifies the organism.

Salt - Oil – Massage   30 min.   26 euros
We use olive or  palm oil and crystal salt from the Himalayas.
The salt creates a peeling effect and intensifies skin circulation. We recommend that you visit the steam sauna after this massage.

Mukabhyanga – Ayurvedic Facial Massage   30 min.  28 euros
A gentle, loving treatment for your face, head, neck and décolleté. 
We massage with a choice of wheat-germ or almond oil.

Padabhyanga – Ayurvedic Foot Massage  30 min.   28 euros
This massage is wonderful for waking up tired feet. Although the gentle treatment extends
anatomically to the knees, it will reach your entire body and the soul. We massage with warm sesame oil.

Acupoint Massage According to Penzel  approx. 45 – 60 min.  45 to 50 euros
This meridian massage has a harmonising and regenerating effect.
Its effect is comparable to acupuncture – but without the needles.

Manual Lymph Drainage   Partial Body    30 min.   25 euros,  Whole Body   60 min.    50 euros
This is especially effective for weak veins and a tendency for oedemas. It will effectively support your body in detoxification and strengthens your immune system.

We primarily do treatments with warm palm oil from Bali or similar natural oils.

Upanahasveda - Ayurvedic Back Massage  30 min.  28 euros
Your back will be massaged gently and yet intensively, optimally preparing it for the subsequent treatment with hot herbal bags. Your musculature will  be deeply warmed. Afterward, we recommend a visit to the steam sauna.
We massage with warming Ayurvedic oils.
